FAQ
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for recitals and events, and 1–2 weeks for photo shoots or open practice. Last-minute requests are welcomed when our schedule allows.
Yes — a 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Outside riggers must be approved in advance and provide proof of insurance. We're happy to coordinate — reach out to discuss your setup.
Our minimum rental window is two hours. We can accommodate full-day and multi-day bookings for larger events.
Access to all rigging points, sound system, lighting, safety equipment, changing areas, and setup/breakdown time within your rental window.
