Rosie Bliss

Rosie Bliss

Founder & Studio Owner

Circus changed my life. This studio exists to give that gift to everyone who walks through our doors.

Founded by Rosie Bliss, whose journey with circus began in 2009 and grew into a professional performing career, a passion for coaching and creating, and nationally touring performance companies. Sanctuary is rooted in the belief that circus can change lives — because it changed hers.

Rosie's performance background spans an impressive range of disciplines: Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop/Lyra, Spanish Web, German Wheel, Triangle Trapeze, Acrobatics, Unicycle (as a flyer), and even the legendary Bike Built for 10. Her foundation in dance and gymnastics — and a coaching career in gymnastics that began at age 15 — gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on movement, artistry, and athletic development.

Alongside her work in the circus world, Rosie is also a nationally certified school psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting diverse learners and mental health needs.

Georgia

Georgia

Head Coach & Instructor

Every student who walks through our doors has something extraordinary inside them. My job is to help them find it.

Georgia brings energy, precision, and genuine warmth to every class she teaches. With deep expertise in aerial silks and lyra, she has a gift for breaking down complex skills into approachable steps — making progress feel exciting at every level.

Her teaching philosophy centers on building strength, confidence, and artistry together — meeting each student exactly where they are and helping them discover what their body is capable of.

Outside the studio, Georgia is an active performer and choreographer, bringing the magic of aerial arts to stages and events throughout the community.

Beth

Beth

Instructor & Aerial Sling Specialist

You can do this, and I will prove it to you.

Beth fell in love with circus when she began training in 2017, picking sling as her specialty almost immediately. Her teaching style focuses on making circus accessible by finding moves that work for each individual body/aerial journey, showcasing every student's special skills and talents.

She teaches a range of ages, from children to seniors, leads workshops at studios throughout the country, and has served as both a coach and judge for aerial competitions.

When not teaching, she works as an aerial performer throughout the midwest. If she isn't in the air, she is probably reading or writing.
